The chaos that the 2 owners of Koukki encountered while organizing the schedules, plans, overviews, ... for those events, they turned this into structure. Structure in working, communicating and had it also translated into a platform that is really developed "from the field"
By the way, where did the name come from? Koukki comes from the Greek word for bullet plan (chártis koukkídon) combined with the thought process around collecting crumbs (cookie - crew)

Carmen is the person with the most event experience of the 2 ladies behind Koukki. As a 16-year-old she started as a tapper at an event and grew to where she is now: a real event manager with a lot of knowledge and insight. She has been an important player at the larger events for years.
After a career of more than 25 years in education, she has decided to enter the event world 100% and no longer treat it as "we just do it on the side".

Veerle Aerts
Founder of Koukki
Veerle, the other driving force behind Koukki, has always had a passion for organizing events, managing people and looking for efficient and structured solutions. Thanks to her strong business background and excellent communication skills, she will make an important contribution to the further expansion of Koukki.
After more than 20 years of experience in an international multinational, she too decided to change course and follow her heart.
