Koukki helps event organizers efficiently plan, recruit, manage and budget temporary employees so that each event runs smoothly. Staff is the backbone of a successful event.
Koukki relies on associations, non-profit organizations and/or corporations for this purpose.
The non-profit organizations we work with all do so to support a good cause. Therefore, this ensures that Koukki has a social and societal character. In this way, Koukki helps associations to get income that they get by joining the events where Koukki is active; they take their mission seriously and thus see the cash of their non-profit organization grow. That makes everybody happy!

How we work

Koukki negotiates with the client (the event organizer) about the number of volunteers requested, as well as a number of criteria they consider important for the volunteers. For example, catering and parking is a regular topic during discussions with the client.
The volunteer should feel welcomed and respected which also increases the willingness to work at an event. Koukki takes volunteers' wishes into consideration!
One person in charge per association is asked to come along on the day of the event, is briefed beforehand and is then also Koukki's point of contact.

Koukki talks a lot with the associations and therefore values open communication. Everyone can share their opinions and this often leads to improvements in the process.
